  1. The delivery time will be coordinated in advance and established by mutual agreement between the parties.

  2. For the correct receipt of the order, a duly authorized person must be present, who has access to the property and the necessary permits to formalize the delivery in accordance with the order.

  3. The person designated to receive the product must be present at the address on the date and time previously agreed, in order to guarantee an efficient and trouble-free delivery.





Deliveries are made up to the second floor, provided that the access points (doors, stairs, corridors and maneuvering spaces) have the appropriate dimensions and conditions for the safe transport of the product.


Deliveries from the third floor upwards will only be made when the building has an operational elevator with sufficient capacity for the size and weight of the furniture.
Ante la inexistencia de ascensor, el despacho se efectuará exclusivamente a solicitud expresa del cliente, la cual deberá ser manifestada de manera verbal o tácita con anterioridad a la entrega, quien asume voluntariamente total y exclusiva responsabilidad por la totalidad de los riesgos asociados a la maniobra, incluidos los daños que pudieran producirse del producto, así como a bienes propios o de terceros, liberando expresa e irrevocablemente a Divani de toda responsabilidad civil, material, patrimonial o contractual.
Los despachos locales se efectúan a través de empresas de transporte privadas ajenas a Divani, el costo correspondiente a la primera entrega será asumido por la empresa.

Cuando la entrega no pueda concretarse por causas ajenas a Divani, incluyendo inasistencia en la hora previamente acordada, información incorrecta, o cualquier impedimento externo, se considerará como intento de entrega válido. 
El costo adicional por reprogramación, logística, retorno del producto o almacenamiento generará un cargo adicional de $45, monto que será asumido por el cliente.
